eCommerce Return Policy

 

Mail Returns:

We will accept the return of product by mail if it meets the following return criteria:

  • The returned items is unopened/unused and it its original packaging
  • The returned item packaging is postmarked within 30 days of shipment of order  (the date will be on your packing ship) unless it is a seasonal item and the associated seasonal date has passed (e.g. Halloween or Christmas Item).
  • The item is returned with an appropriate filled out return request form along with any supporting documentation noted in the form. The return request form will be in the packing ship, but you can also download one by clicking here <insert URL>.

 

Your returned item may be exchanged for a like items or store credit for the value of your purchase (shipping costs are not included). Preference should be stated in the return request form. Credit can be used at the on-line store only.

 

Your return will be inspected on receipt to see if the return criteria have been met. If the return policy criteria have been met, returns will be processed per your instructions. Company internal processing of returns will be completed within 10 business days. Credits back to a credit card will vary based on banking policy. You will receive an email explaining the disposition of your return within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item by the company.

 
Damaged or Defective Goods:

For any items that are damaged or defective on receipt, please click the following <insert URL> to fill out a questionnaire to be emailed to customer service. Customer service will respond with instructions for addressing the problem within 10 business days (business day is M-F).
