Apply to the eye liner or eye brow with small, gentle strokes. Sharpen with a Cinema Secrets Pro-Pencil Sharpener.

An abundance of color is available all in 7" length professional pencils.

Removal:

All professional cosmetics removes with any makeup remover or with soap and warm water.
